PLAN

*Survey- See how your participants feel about fruits and veggies, get input about what to plant, learn about allergies. 

*Pine Cone Demonstration- Demonstrate how pine cones change in the water. 

*Seed Distribution Race- Play relay races with cotton balls and use straws (wind), hands (animals) etc to move them. 

*Test Soil PH- Demonstrate how to test soil PH levels. 

*Trellis Makerspace- Let the participants design a trellis and later build a trellis for the garden using their ideas. 

*Start Seeds- Have a seed starting station so the participants can be involved in every step of the garden. 

*Window Seeds- Put a seed in a ziplock bag and see if it will grow in a sunny window. 

*Seed Exploration- Set out seeds to cut open and examine such as beans, apples and nuts.
